A creative and reflective workshop to support you in your development.
In this workshop, we will explore your self-care needs and learn ways to support your well-being using origami. Using a traditional crane, you will design a reflection that focuses on being present with your own changing experience.
Ideal for therapists, counsellors, supervisors and those involved in the caring professions.
All materials and tuition provided - no experience needed.
Cost: £40 or £30 for students
