Create, reflect, restore, rejuvenate - a creative, nourishing, experiential in-person CPD event; An opportunity to be creative, to nurture yourself, reflect on your practice and your personal development.

Engage with a range of creative resources through experiential activities.

Take away creative ideas to use with clients of all ages.

  • Some clients find it hard to get started, and sometimes words are limiting.
  • Creative approaches offer a way to access felt senses.

  • Discover the value of creativity for yourself, and as a therapeutic approach in working with clients.
  • End the day equipped to confidently use creative approaches with clients.
  • End the day refreshed, restored, rejuvenated, and with some new counsellor friends in your network!
