Counselling practitioner level 4
About this course
The course is run over two years on a Saturday, giving you the required 450 hours of face to face training and 100 hour supervised placement needed to join the NCS or BACP as a student member.
We will be beginning this intake in January 2021 in the hope that we are able to provide all face-to-face learning - but places are filling up fast.
The core model of the course is person-centred as this is a model that is built on the relationship between counsellor and client but you will also look at other theories.
The learning covers seven modules, awareness; ethics; theory; research; difference and diversity: counselling in practice; skills and is intense but rewarding.
Who is this course for?
If you have completed a Level 3 or equivalent and are looking for relevant and robust training this is the course for you.
