The circle of men is a safe place for men to support each other in developing emotional fitness.

The benefits of joining this group include:

  • Improved relationships.
  • Higher levels of achievement.
  • Stress reduction.
  • Development of deeper friendships.
  • Increased emotional fitness.
  • Reduction in unhealthy expressions of anger.

This programme will be facilitated on by James for four evenings and one day.

  • Monday's 28th January 2019, 11th and 25th February 2019 and 25th March 2019
  • Saturday 16th March 2019.

The aim of the group after this is that it will continue without James and be co-facilitated by the men and will be a free group (apart from the cost of a venue).

The group set up last year is still going strong and the men are enjoying the benefits of this being in a safe group of men. Feedback includes 'Finally I have a place to talk about deeper issues' and 'I feel like this process is potentially life changing (even life saving!) for me'.
