This is a CBT-focused course for treating PMDD, suitable for CBT clinicians with an understanding of CBT treatments.

Pre-menstrual dysphoric disorder, or PMDD, is a menstrual health condition that can appear like many other mental health problems, and without the understanding of how PMDD presents, clients are at risk of receiving incorrect treatment.

Cyclical symptoms of PMDD include depression, anxiety, relationship problems, extreme fatigue, emotional lability, difficulty relaxing and sometimes suicidal ideation or attempts. At other times the client has no symptoms at all.

The one-hour, on-demand, course is a comprehensive guide to understanding, assessing and treating PMDD.
