A training seminar designed for qualified and student counsellors, based on first-hand experiences with clients.
The training will cover what we mean by inner child and what we might offer to clients, and encourage them to offer to themselves. It will then go on to suggest some letter-writing and creative exercises that can be helpful when working with an inner child.
You will gain understanding and useful interventions.
There will be experiential exercises as well as resources to take away.
