Bucks and Beyond adult ADHD support group
If you are ADHD or wondering if you are, come along to our incredibly friendly and welcoming support group. It happens on the first Monday of every month from 7pm in the private room at The Crown Pub in Penn which is in between Amersham and Beaconsfield.
It starts at 7pm and people wander in any time from then until we finish at around about 10 or 11pm. It’s a very informal affair. Some people come and eat, some just drink. Some just listen to our very informative guest speakers. We have all sorts of ADHD specialists come and chat to us.
Here you can get advice on your symptoms, whether or not we think you are ADHD, and we’ve never been wrong because we know ADHD inside out!
Parents of ADHD children are extremely welcome. We don’t have an age limit but recommend teenagers of about 14 and up will enjoy themselves. Younger children will probably be bored but if you’d like to bring them please do.
Our speakers include ex-SEN teachers, ADHD decluttering experts, ADHD charity heads and interesting people from the world of ADHD.
If you are anxious about coming alone, you are welcome to bring a partner or friend. Everybody is incredibly welcome. If you’d like more information in advance please call or text me on 07769 355 003.
The venue has ample free parking, and food and drink is very reasonably priced.

I host these events. I was diagnosed ADHD aged 51 and now work in private practice with teens and adults with ADHD. I am passionate about the amount of adults not yet knowing they are ADHD. I am also concerned at the amount of adults incorrectly diagnosed usually with bipolar or BPD/EUPD when they’re ADHD. I’m an ADHD Counsellor and Coach.
