This BACP approved course equips counsellors with the necessary skills and knowledge to confidently work with adult clients online or on the telephone. The Professional Development Award has two units at SCQF level 8 covering ethics and professional standards, and safe and competent practice.
This 8-day course is fully online and takes place fortnightly on Saturdays between 9.30am – 4.30pm.
