Wild Way Retreat: An experiential journey into the relational field

19–22 September | Rookhow, Lake District

Wild Way Retreats are a 4-day, 3-night immersive process group for women seeking to explore their embodied feminine power through direct engagement with the natural field. Working in co-creation with the land, we invite participants into here-and-now awareness, cultivating deeper contact with self, other, and environment.

If you find yourself at a life transition, a figure emerging from the background of uncertainty, or in a place of exhaustion, this retreat offers a space to stay with what’s present, listen to your body’s wisdom, and allow emergent meaning to unfold.

As we gather at the Autumn Equinox in the beautiful Lake District, we honour a natural cycle of polarity: light and dark, growth and decay. We invite inquiry: what Gestalts are ready to close, and what is waiting to be formed?

This is a transformational, embodied process – an opportunity to meet yourself at the contact boundary with the land, in a supportive, field-sensitive group setting.

Your retreat experience:

  • Awareness: Deepen self-awareness through experiential practice, reflection, and attention to the relational field with the more-than-human world.
  • Growth through contact: Explore self-in-relation via connection with nature and the co-created group process.
  • Resting in ground: Take time to support your organismic balance through rest, movement, and natural rhythms.

Process elements:

  • Nature-based experiments in awareness.
  • Guided meditation and embodied inquiry.
  • Dreamwork as unfolding phenomenology.
  • Group dialogue and witnessing in authentic contact.
  • Somatic movement and vibrational sound experience.
  • Walking the life cycle as a metaphor for process and transition.

All held within a field of support, safety, and co-created meaning.

An invitation to step into the unknown with curiosity, courage, and compassion – discovering what emerges when you meet the world in presence.
