About this event

This webinar is relevant to people from any professional background. This webinar is designed as a space for inquiry into the attachment and psychodynamic patterns of organisations that provide care and support for vulnerable individuals. The webinar will be led by Dr Daniel Anderson (Consultant Psychiatrist and Group Analyst) and co-facilitated by Dr Javier Malda Castillo (Clinical Psychologist and Group Analytic Practitioner).

Issues for exploration in the webinar will include:

  • group attachment patterns
  • authority and power
  • five psychological principles to healthy attachment organisational dynamics
  • understanding emotional pressures of organisations and graded interventions for organisational dynamics

It is expected that this webinar will help you develop your capacity to think systemically about organisational care. There will be a focus on critical thinking about conscious and unconscious aspects of organizational dynamics. The webinar will be divided as follows:

a) Introductions and Housekeeping (15 minutes)

b) Lecture (75 minutes)

c) Informal group discussion, questions and reflections (30 minutes)
