Attachment perspectives on organisational care: a seminar
The aim of this seminar is to deepen the understanding of attachment and psychodynamics of group relations within organisational care.
About this event
This webinar is relevant to people from any professional background. This webinar is designed as a space for inquiry into the attachment and psychodynamic patterns of organisations that provide care and support for vulnerable individuals. The webinar will be led by Dr Daniel Anderson (Consultant Psychiatrist and Group Analyst) and co-facilitated by Dr Javier Malda Castillo (Clinical Psychologist and Group Analytic Practitioner).
Issues for exploration in the webinar will include:
- group attachment patterns
- authority and power
- five psychological principles to healthy attachment organisational dynamics
