We would like to invite you to our anxiety workout. 

As counsellors, we see many people who are experiencing anxiety for many different reasons and at various levels.

The symptoms can be debilitating and frightening.

In our workshop, we will explore the reasons behind your anxiety and provide ideas of things that you can try to help reduce the anxiety, so you can build up a toolbox which you can access at different times. We know not everything works for everyone, but having a variety of techniques means you can draw on what works for you in certain situations.

We will have activities along with a discussion time.

The group will give you a chance to speak to other people who are going through similar experiences. By speaking to others you can learn so much from things they may have experienced.

I am a qualified counsellor and have previously worked in schools supporting young people who have various needs particularly emotional and anxiety. Myself and my colleague who facilitate the group have many years experience working with groups and 1-1 clients who are experiencing anxiety.
