Are you a worrier? Would you like to learn how to control your worrying and relax more? Is your worrying taking over your life?
Karma Minds provide training sessions to individuals in small groups primarily focusing on anxiety management.
Training is focused on giving people an insight into how they can help themselves manage their anxiety levels better.
Anxiety is caused by lots of different triggers, for example work, home, family, money and life events.
The effects of anxiety can vary in severity but if left untreated can become a real problem. It can impact all areas of our lives including work and home.
Each workshop lasts for one hour and fifteen minutes per week, and courses last for four weeks.
These sessions provide training and support for all delegates. Training is provided in a simple, structured format which can be easily understood and used.
Karma Minds enables smalls groups of people to learn together in a safe environment, sharing their experiences.
