Anxiety management workshop
A multi-session, live, online weekend workshop to help you better understand and tailor your own strategy for managing anxiety.
In this workshop, I introduce anxiety in the context of evolutionary psychology and - using basic neuroscience as a framework to tailor commonly used strategies - I invite participants to try out techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness and Compassion Focused Therapy.
The next workshop starts in October and will be held fortnightly over four Sundays.
