Anxiety & how stress plays a part for therapists by Josh Fletcher

In this workshop, Joshua delves into the topic of anxiety and the role stress plays, especially for therapists. He explores how anxiety manifests differently in individuals, including those in the therapeutic profession. Despite their training, therapists are not immune to human emotions, self-doubt, and the various forms anxiety can take. Drawing on both his expertise and personal experiences, Joshua offers a compassionate, informative, and engaging session aimed at helping therapists manage their own anxieties.
