Anger - the tip of the Iceberg
Are you despairing and finding it difficult to control your emotions? Is there a child in your life who is expressing much anger? Are you at your wits end and have no more ideas of how to fix this?

Talking about feelings may not come naturally to some, so we will introduce you to some games you can play as a family which will normalise these conversations without judgement or criticism.
