An introduction to working with Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs)

Employee Assistance Programmes provide support to the workforce within organisations. This can be counselling, information and guidance as well as crisis response.
This presentation is specifically focused on working with clients referred through EAPs, including information sharing and discussions on the procedural aspects as well as key considerations and challenges from both a counsellor and client perspective.
This presentation is for anyone contemplating becoming an affiliate counsellor with an EAP or counsellors already working with EAPs.

Anna has been working as a counsellor since 2004 and specialises in individual face-to-face counselling. She set up her own practice in 2010 working with adults and has vast experience of working with clients referred through EAPs.
