Many adult struggles and relationship difficulties have their roots based in childhood. It is the experience of being connected to others that both empowers us and at times destroys us. Our longing to be in connection with others helps us to feel truly alive and well. When this connection is challenged we feel anxious, depressed and disempowered.

Neurological attachment patterns and developmental relationship needs are born out of infancy and are directly related to our childhood experience of self and other in connection. This workshop will explore needs and deficits of the child ego state and corresponding attachment patterns. We will look at personality traits and common defences systems used by the child ego state affecting adult functioning and consider a number of therapeutic interventions aimed at working safely with this ego state.

Explore and learn in a warm, collaborative, informative setting and discover a renewed energy for yourself, your work and your team.
