An evidenced approach to working with domestic abusers, m & f
Podcast Saturday 2nd Dec 10 - 12 a.m.
Working intensively and effectively with domestic abusers, both males and females. We are looking for competent therapists able to work in N London, or Birmingham, cooperatively with a male colleague, running intensive, therapeutically informed groups at weekends, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm. The work would involve working between four and 12 weekends per year, depending upon your availability and the number of courses we schedule for a year.
The work could also become available in the Bristol/ Cardiff and Wakefield/Manchester areas in the foreseeable future and perhaps in the South West, too. This a brief online taster. You can sign up via the following Eventbrite link.

I'm Denise Knowles, needing to retire along with my colleague, David, of 27 years. He devised the course originally and we have worked solidly at it, improving it in the light of developing knowledge and experience. In 1996 we developed an "emotional wheel". It's very useful in all kinds of therapy. We present it for you. in the podcast..
