An afternoon of mindfulness and yoga
Michelle is teaming up with Lucy from LucyP Yoga to bring you a mindfulness and yoga event via Zoom.
Lucy will be doing some vinyasa and yin with you, and Michelle will be taking the lead for mindfulness meditation and will also be emailing all attendees daily mindfulness practices for a week after the event.
Come and do as little or as much as you would like. You can have your camera off for the whole event if you prefer.
Places are limited. Anyone who signs up before April 14th will receive a free goodie bag to help you set a calming atmosphere at home and also includes a prop to assist with the mindfulness exercise.
- Cost is £30 per household not per person. One goodie bag provided per household, however for £5 per bag you can add extras on so that everyone has their own.
- Anyone signing up after April 14th also has the option of paying an extra £5 per person to receive the goodie bag.
