Advanced supervision skills: Supervising groups

This one-day workshop is for those who are working as supervisors and who would like to develop their supervision practice, gaining some further insight and skills into supervising groups.

The day will be shaped around experiential work, considering case studies built around supervision groups (not only counselling groups but those such as support groups) with a light touch of theory to understand some of the processes at play in groups.

Lorna Marchant will facilitate the day. She has been working with a wide range of groups (supervision groups, support groups and tutor groups) for more than 20 years and brings this wealth of experience to this workshop.
