Address your stress is the group for you.
Address your stress is a small therapy group that meets every week for six weeks. This group is for people who may be feeling stressed, anxious, or tense, having panic attacks or feeling worn out by the pressures of modern life. The group meets for two hours and gives you time and space to talk, share, and grow together.
The next address your stress group starts Monday 6th January 2020, 5pm until 7pm for six weeks. £30 per person per session. Booking is essential as places are limited.

The group is facilitated by Sharon Baker. Sharon is in advanced clinical training in Transactional Analysis at The Berne Institute and is experienced in running process therapy groups.
