Psycho-educational classes are not 'group therapy'. You will not be asked to share any of your personal experiences (although sometimes people find it helpful to ask specific questions or give examples and this is okay).
Whether you are experiencing stress or anxiety right now, or you want to build your resilience for the future, address your stress offers you the opportunity to supercharge your psychological health!
Set in the beautiful 17 acre Georgian Manor House Estate of Denman College in Marcham, Oxfordshire. Our sessions have access to easy parking and are wheelchair accessible (please let us know on booking so we can ensure comfortable space for you and adapt where needed).
If you would like to discuss the course or your suitability then please give us a call or book in for a free consultation online and we will happily talk you through what to expect.
