A meaningful midlife: six week online therapy group for midlife women
A meaningful midlife is a new online therapy group program that offers midlife women a supportive, non-judgemental space to explore the issues you’re facing in your relationships - with partners, family members or friends.
Each one-hour online group session will include:
- A short talk on the theme of relationships.
- The opportunity to discuss relationship issues.
- Feedback from myself and other group members.
- Emotional support and encouragement.
- Therapeutic suggestions and guidance.
You will have access to a private Facebook page where you can communicate with members in between sessions and access brief support from me.
Dates: 21st Jan, 28th Jan, 4th Feb, 11th Feb, 25th Feb and 4th March 2019.
Time: 13:00 – 14:00 GMT
