Systemic constellations is a method to uncover hidden dynamics and entanglements within a system by offering new perspectives on complex human situations. By shedding light on these difficult and intractable dynamics we enable greater awareness thereby moving towards possible resolution.

It is a solution-focused approach at exploring relational difficulties, family dynamics and bigger organisational issues. It can address divorce, separation, intergenerational difficulties between parents and children, bereavement, loss as well as psychological difficulties like addictions, compulsions, abuse, trauma and persistent emotional symptoms (e.g. depression and anxiety) as well as the feeling of isolation and not belonging.

In the workshop, we start with briefly introducing systemic theory. This is followed by series of simple exercises in the group to experience phenomenological work. A member of the group is then invited to present an issue they may be struggling with. With the support of the group we then explore the hidden dynamics to assist the issue holder to potentially discover a deeper and more nourishing relationship with the situation.
