The course is grounded in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), an evidence-based approach.

I qualified as an Integrative Counsellor in 2019 and also have a Postgraduate Diploma in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and a MSc in Psychology. I have attended training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with many of the leading figures in this approach.
