*Please note that this mindfulness course is educational and not intended to be a treatment for mental health problems. Also, if you have recently or are recurrently going through a traumatic life event this may not be the right time for you to take up with this course. This very much depends on your current psychological health and the support networks that you have in place. You might however be able to take up the course at a later date.
