6 week anxiety management course
This six-week course runs from 4th June through to 9th July every Tuesday evening from 6-8pm.
Anxiety is a very normal, human experience and one which we all experience from time to time, but for some, anxiety can be prolonged, creating unpleasant physical, psychological, and behavioural symptoms.
Living life with on-going anxiety can be distressing and difficult to manage; feelings of fear and dread, worry and panic can impact on all areas of life.
This six-week intensive anxiety management course is designed to help you understand more about your anxiety and covers many aspects of in-depth therapeutic work. The course includes psycho-education, videos, useful exercises, handouts, tools and techniques to address anxiety and help participants to manage and decrease anxiety levels. The course is solution focused and is aimed at people who are committed to moving their lives forward.
