Join me for a 4-part meditation course (7:30pm - 8:45pm on four consecutive Mondays) suitable for beginners and improvers.

Each week follows a theme, including:

  • reducing stress and anxiety
  • improving health and well-being
  • increasing connection with yourself
  • increasing connection with others

Sessions will provide some theory and a range of different meditation techniques for you to experiment with, including body awareness, mantra, object, mindfulness and guided visualisations.

In the final week of the course, you determine your optimum meditation style, drawing on all of the different themes and techniques that will work for you. We also explore a plan to make this part of your life ongoing. You will also receive handouts and a link to four guided visualisations for you to continue practising at home.
