2 chair work
Two chair work can open up the unspoken or unexpressed experience and bring about significant change. Looking at self from a different perspective. Therapy supports individuals in speaking the unspoken/unspeakable, express the unexpressed/inexpressible. Stepping into the unknown, to bring about change.
You will learn/experience the fact that we can put a lot more into the metaphorical chair (such as a feeling, belief or sensation).
This will be an experiential workshop, where you can bring your own or clients (real or imaginary) dynamics to work with.
What you will need:
- to be on time (log on a few minutes early)
- pens, paper
- an open mind and questions
- your stuck-ness, dilemmas and client work
The session will not be recorded (nor posted anywhere) for confidentiality reasons.
You can book here.

"I cannot do justice to the webinar I attended last week (working creatively/experimentally online) and to Stefan, who conducted it with uncommon energy and competence. I have already applied some of the learning with my clients. Not to mention the unexpected opportunity for self-reflection and personal work, which Stefan encouraged and facilitated, as he shared a very powerful experiment promoting an exploration of deep seated introjects and diminished self-esteem, Gave me a boost of enthusiasm! Will certainly attend other webinars in the near future, Thank you, Stefan."
Some supervisee feedback: I am available for supervision (with reduced rates for those starting out and low caseloads). "Stefan has a warm and relaxed style. He is a very experienced therapist and draws upon his knowledge of different modalities, to offer a safe space to explore your clinical work and to develop your own practice". Dr M.
“Stefan provides a safe space to explore clients from a humanistic point of view. He has the ability to challenge me in a way that is enjoyable. He helps me learn new concepts and ideas that I may have not considered before.” Melissa“I looked forward to Supervision with you, it was always a safe and trusting space in which I was supported, educated and encouraged”.
