Hi, I'm Zuzana and I have always been passionate about being able to help and support others, to empower them, offer them a new perspective on life and help them to look at things differently, a change from their own way of seeing things that may not presently be healthy for them.
I believe that no matter what we have been through in life, every one of us with the right support and their motivation for a change has the power to discover that light in their lives and be able to shine.
Having some unpleasant or unwanted thoughts that give us feelings of pain rather than joy and not having someone who will understand, listen to us can be hard but it's normal we have those thoughts or feelings, as we are all humans.
It's alright to seek help if you want a change in your life.
We all have the possibility of a change, of becoming the best version or ourselves, if we want and if we are given the correct opportunity and support.
My intention as a counsellor is to invite you into a safe, warm and non-judgmental space where you feel heard and understood. A space where we can work together in your search and understanding of yourself, your feelings, thoughts and help you to grow through this process of self-acceptance and healing.
I am here to support and help you to confront your pains, discomforts and joys. I provide you with an opportunity to expand another perception and explore new options and ways of managing your issues. I look forward to your call or email.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am qualified Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor in individual therapy with wide knowledge working with adults and young people experiencing difficulties with self-esteem, depression, relationship issues, trauma, confidence, stress, panic attacks and sexuality. I am also an Accredited Member with the NCS.
In my early training and practice through DePaul charity and Sofalive Counselling Centre, I had the opportunity to support individuals with mental health struggles by offering counselling in areas of low self-esteem, low confidence, anxiety, emotional and verbal abuse, suicidal attempts, relationships issues and self-harm.
