NCPS Accred, Clinical Supervisor, PhD Candidate, Online Cert

About me

I'm an NCPS-accredited integrative counsellor, clinical supervisor, and PhD candidate specialising in trauma-informed therapy. I offer online and telephone counselling in a safe, flexible space.

My approach draws on Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, psychodynamic theory, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to support emotional regulation and self-understanding. I work with individuals navigating trauma, identity, relationships, or emotional overwhelm. I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work, offering a grounded, compassionate presence.

Whether you're feeling stuck, anxious, or disconnected, I aim to help you reconnect with your inner resources, build resilience, and move toward healing.
