About me

Hello,

I am a qualified, experienced and Accredited (BACP) counsellor and qualified IEMT practitioner. I offer short and long term therapy to adults and children. I have a First Class Honours Degree and many post grad qualifications; I am currently undertaking a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Therapy is a collaboration, where we will work together to explore what is going on for you; life changes, stresses, or deeper childhood issues that may be holding you back. I will aim to be warm and respectful and above all mindful of you and your process.

The first appointment is half price and an opportunity for you to see if I am the right person for you.

I work from a modern and comfortable office and I can offer home visits in some circumstances.

But once I started seeing Zoe I really got relaxed and every week I found myself getting better and better mentally. I would really recommend her"
