Hi, I guess you have read lots of bio’s and it can be overwhelming, so why choose me?
I am an integrative therapist. That means that I use the different types of therapy that I have trained in, based on your needs and wishes. For me, it’s all about our relationship in the therapy room and what you hope to get out of it.
This is your life, your journey. I would feel honoured to travel alongside you and discover with you. My approach is based on confidentiality, acceptance and individuality, in a warm and safe environment.
I work with people from all walks of life and with varying concerns or worries. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, feeling sad, relationships or low self-esteem, to name a few.

You can email or call me to discuss what you are looking for in therapy. I offer an initial consultation (online or in person) to discuss your concerns and how I may be able to help you. After that, we can see whether you would like to continue with short, medium or long-term therapy. It’s up to you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a psychotherapist trained existentially and psychodynamically and registered with the BACP, abiding by their Ethical Framework for Good Practice.
Aside from my private practice, I work at an NHS service in London. I have volunteered at a mental health charity for adults and at a low-cost service, and continue to volunteer at a charity for women struggling with hyperemesis gravidarum.
I also trained at the Royal London Hospital for Integrative Medicine as a CBT-i practitioner, working with people who struggle to sleep.
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

When I work
I offer both online and in-person therapy (North West London), providing you with flexibility. I generally work weekdays, 9am-4pm, although I do have some out-of-hours slots. Please be in touch.
