About me
Hi, I offer effective, practical, short-term therapy aimed at helping you feel more hopeful from the very first session.
Whether you're dealing with trauma, depression, stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling a bit “stuck,” I provide compassionate, personalised therapy to support you through challenging times.
My goal is for you to leave each session feeling supported and heard, as well as equipped with knowledge, tools, and techniques to help you handle life’s ups and downs—both now and in the future.
The approach I take integrates the best of CBT, person-centered, and solution-focused therapy, all within a holistic understanding of what we need as human beings to lead emotionally healthy lives. It is fast and effective, with most people where they want to be in around 4-6 sessions (sometimes less, occasionally a few more).
I hold professional insurance, an enhanced DBS certificate for working with vulnerable people, and am registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.
I offer sessions online or face-to-face in Wallingford, Oxfordshire.
I know reaching out can feel daunting, but it can be an essential first step in making positive changes. Finding the right therapist for you is vital, which is why I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation before you commit to any sessions.
Please feel free to email me if you'd like to learn more.
