About me

Maybe it’s disappointment, loneliness, or the nagging sense that life isn’t quite how we imagined it. We suppress it, not wanting to be a burden, telling ourselves that others have it worse. But in doing so, we deny ourselves the space to be heard, seen, and understood.

The truth is, our struggles don’t have to be catastrophic to be valid. The small moments of self-doubt, the quiet exhaustion of always being strong, or the way we replay past mistakes in our minds. These things shape our well-being just as much as life’s major events. And when we hold it all inside, it doesn’t disappear. It lingers, affecting our confidence, our relationships, and our ability to feel at peace.

That’s where counselling comes in.
With me, you have a space where you don’t have to minimise your feelings or carry them alone. I offer more than just listening. I help you untangle the thoughts that keep you stuck, rediscover the parts of yourself you’ve neglected, and build a deeper connection to your own needs and values. It’s not about fixing you, because you aren’t broken, but about helping you see yourself with more clarity and compassion.
You deserve a place to be heard, without judgment, without expectation, just honesty, growth, and relief.

Are you ready to lighten the weight of the unsaid?

Counselling is not about giving advice or telling you what to do. Instead, it’s about facilitating your understanding and helping you find solutions that feel right for you. I work at your pace, respecting your boundaries and unique perspective.

Close to my heart is supporting neurodiversity and individuals experiencing neurological conditions, including Autism, Tourette’s syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and SEN.

Sometimes, the hardest step is leaving the safety of home. I offer counselling that comes to you, meeting you in your space, where life feels most real. Together, we’ll explore your struggles and hopes with care and connection, creating a path forward from where you are. Healing doesn’t always require travel sometimes, it begins at your doorstep.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
