About me

I am a qualified Intergrative counsellor offering a non-judgemental, safe and private environment for you to explore your emotions and difficulties.

My nursing background has given me extensive experience working with individuals who have lived with multiple issues including bereavement, chronic and terminal illnesses. I have been able to help many people with problems that have an impact on theirs and their families lives. This can be either work related stress or personal issues.

I will support you through this difficult time and have been trained in numerous flexible approaches which enables me to identify and help you to find solutions to your problems. This will help you to move forward which can sometimes be difficult.

You may want a one off session to prepare for a job interview or more sessions if you are going to need on-going support for more challenging issues.

I have worked as a counsellor in a doctors surgery and many issues were brought to these sessions.
