Yvonne Tsui Registered CBT Therapist BABCP
As a registered Cognitive Behavioural Therapist I support individuals of all ages and cultural backgrounds who are experiencing mental health conditions, in particular moderate to severe depression and anxiety.
I offer a range of high-intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) based interventions, such as imagery rescripting and exposure therapy, to help you manage your own recovery. The idea behind CBT is that our thoughts and behaviours have an effect on each other. By changing the way we think or behave in a situation, we can change the way we feel about life. CBT combines a cognitive approach (examining our thoughts) with a behavioural approach (the things we do). it has strong research based evidence in treating different mental health difficulties including depression, anxiety, panic attack, specific phobia i.e. agoraphobia, OCD and PTSD.
Each session lasting 50 minutes. Number of sessions range from 8-20 sessions.
I offer evening and weekends only appointment. Please feel free to contact me for further details.
