We can talk together about what is posing a problem for you and what you would like to get out of counselling in our initial meeting. And you can decide whether you would like to commit to further sessions.
I am a BACP registered psychodynamic counsellor practising in Cambridge. I work with adults and young people for short or long term therapy. I also have experience working as a counsellor for charities in Cambridgeshire. If you are seeking to increase understanding of yourself and gain some clarity in how you deal with situations in life then you may find therapy helpful.
You may have issues connected with relationships, work, anxiety, depression, loss or bereavement, life changes or personal identity. Exploring the patterns that get repeated without realisation helps you increase insight and free up blocked feelings. Emotional unease can manifest in many ways causing a variety of symptoms or can lead a person to feel stuck or confused.
I provide a confidential, non-judgemental space - offering the opportunity to explore these different experiences with you and the possibility for change.
