If you are reading this then you are already taking the first step towards helping yourself to be in a better place.
Sometimes it can all just get too much and we don't know which way to turn, well-meaning friends offer advice but it doesn't feel right. I believe you have the answers within, you know yourself better than anyone else knows you. I aim to help you unravel those answers, to help guide you to find the best answers or solutions for you. I won't judge you or say you are wrong, I will listen and aim to understand and offer you an empathic ear and be alongside you in your journey to a more peaceful and settled state of mind helping you to accept what can't be changed and to create the things that can be.
I am a fully qualified member of the BACP and work within their ethical framework. I believe counselling should be accessible for all not just those who are financially secure and in order to keep my costs down which I can pass on concessions can be made where appropriate .
