About me

Do you feel anxious adjusting living with loss? life turned upside down? feeling lonely, angry, overwhelmed, depressed... your friends and family do not understand what you are going through, you are scared of their judgment. If so, I am here to support you on your journey to overcome stressful period providing a safe space where you can gain clarity, helping you to search for new meaning and purpose.

Rather than avoiding the feelings of grief, lean into them. It is not the grief you want to avoid, it is the pain. No one can take that pain away, but grief is not just pain, grief is love.
Finding meaning in the loss is as individual as we are. We often say a part of us died with them, but finding meaning is also realizing a part of them still lives within us.

I tailor my counselling approach to each unique client appreciating diversity in believing you have potential to grow. I would like to help you access your creative potential by overcoming psychological challenges. Often our ability to live a fuller life is blocked by issues, such as physical and emotional difficulties, anxieties, phobias and relationship issues. Everyone arrives to the therapy process at different stages. I am committed to meeting you where you are at as an individual, and can provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space with empathy and respect for you, your values and belief systems.

I am a mixed race (fluently speaking English and Russian.), I can recognise the challenges of relocation, losing my family members, not able to attend the funerals. My background as an interpreter/translator working in the big international companies influenced my passion to help others to come to terms with a loss and discover a deeper sense of purpose and life meaning.

If you are interested in therapy with me, please get in touch via email, text message or phone call. I aim to respond to all queries within a few hours. I offer a free initial 20-minute consultation over the phone during which you can give me brief details of your situation and ask any questions you may have.

MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority.
