About me
I am a compassionate, warm, friendly therapist. I have experience working as a psychotherapist in the NHS for 4 years with a diverse range of individuals in the community and in-patient hospitals.
I am currently extending training as a psychosexual and relationship therapist with the London diploma of psychosexual and relationship therapy. This area of therapy feels very important to me, as I believe that relationships act as mirrors, reflecting both our strengths and areas for growth. By exploring these reflections together, we can uncover deeper insights into who we are, helping to foster healthier and more fulfilling connections with ourselves and others.
It is really important to me to create a safe, non judgmental space for people to explore and understand their sexual and emotional experiences either in a couple, individual or a polyamorous relationship.
I have experience in helping clients with lgbtq+ related issues, relationship issues, trauma, abuse and intimacy related issues. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
I am happy to offer a 20 minute initial consultation free of charge to see if we could work well together, please feel free to get in touch to arrange this.
I can work with specific psychosexual dysfunctions such as:
- Erectile dysfunction
- Porn/sex addiction
- Low libido
- Anorgasmia
- painful sex

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
