The assessment session
The assessment session provides you with an opportunity to put questions to us about how we work. It will also give you the chance to see if you would like to work with us. Finding the right therapist for you is very important, and if you feel that what we provide isn't right for you, We'll be happy to offer you some recommendations or advice about alternative therapists or organisations that may be able to help. In addition, we will aim to identify the issues you would like to work on and the goals fortherapy, including any relevant background information. If after this you feel comfortable about working together, we will agree on a time and duration that feels appropriate.
Bonnie Wims main therapeutic approach is Integrative. However, her training as a psychologist allows her the flexibility and creativity also to draw on a wide range of psychological theories and clinical evidence and to integrate other therapeutic models to the individual needs of the client.
