I am an Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, Accredited British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BANCP) based in Ayrshire. I work predominantly within a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach, but also draw on other modalities which allows me to support individuals in a holistic manner. I have extensive professional experience of working with vulnerable Children, Young People and Adults within Family Support and Youth Homelessness services.
My aim is to work collaboratively to find the solutions that work for you, so that ultimately you can become your own therapist by applying new skills and techniques to old patterns of thinking and behaving.
