Wilma Auchinachie;PG Dip PC Coun;Acc EMDR Eye Movement Therapy;Acc Bereavement
I offer a face to face space for individuals to explore their issues. People find themselves in a place of real frustration and distress at not understanding their emotions and reactions. Hearing exactly where and what an individual is or has experienced is crucial. These experiences impact on our well-being...understanding the impact and process of an individuals losses, the adjustments, the changes and noticing ourselves in this journey..is the key to the beginning of a new understanding of oneself. Sometimes pictures and recurring thoughts feel as though they are stuck and have a negative message stuck in our brains. These may not have changed with talking, and may require a different approach to encourage the body to heal itself...but it all begins with having courage to begin that recovery journey.
