Are you feeling irritable or out of sorts? Or have you suffered a traumatic event which has left you feeling lost or upset? If you find that talking to family or friends doesn't really help, perhaps counselling could be useful.
My name is Gillian and I aim to provide a supportive and empathic space where you feel free to be yourself, where you can talk freely without being judged and where we will work together to discover the resources within yourself, which can help you move forward.
I see my role as that of a companion on your own unique journey of self-discovery and I hope that as your story unfolds you will feel understood and empowered.
To get started, why not email me to discuss your needs or to set up a brief phone appointment? If however, you prefer to set up your first face-to-face appointment immediately, please phone the receptionist at Watchbell House on 01983 522477. Your first appointment is at a reduced fee of £15. We will discuss what you would like to get out of counselling, fill in a couple of forms and spend the rest of the time having a counselling session. If this feels right for both of us, you might like to book a second appointment and take away our written agreement to read and sign.
