About us
I have been working in mental health for over 15 years and thoroughly love what I do. Most of the sessions are collaborative and I am hoping my experience both in primary and secondary care, along with experience of adapting my practice to accommodate cultural values will be an advantage to support your needs.
I have had good feedback from past clients and open to feedback and learn ways to improvise sessions so you cant most out of these sessions.
I am able to offer weekly sessions and have experience of delivering them online: video, text and audio. I completely understand how nerve-racking it can be to share your problem with a complete stranger and so we are here to provide that safe and confidential space.
