About me

My particular passions/interests lie in helping those feeling lost, experiencing loss, and those exploring their spirituality. Most importantly though, what has brought you to this directory?

Do you feel lost?  Maybe you feel like you've changed but can't even remember who you really were in the first place. Perhaps you're a parent and life has been about the children for so long that you're not really sure who you are. Maybe you've lost your job, recently retired, ended a relationship, lost your faith, lost a loved one or maybe nothing obviously significant has happened, you just know you're not being the person you're meant to be.

If any of these things resonate with you then I might just be able to help. I am passionate about helping people to find who they really are. The soul searchers, the big thinkers, the people who feel like they just don't fit in with other people. For whatever reason, the circumstances of life has got in your way and you have not been able to grow and flourish as you should. I work creatively with clients to help them find their way again. I encourage 'outside the box' thinking. I gently challenge stuck behaviour and unhelpful thinking. I love to facilitate personal growth to help people find the person they truly are.

I cannot, and would never claim to be able to take away a person's pain or unwanted feelings - I am not a magician. Its difficult being human. We experience such pain at times, and the reasons for that are not often clear. We hurt, we struggle, and at times we despair. I don't want anyone to go through that struggle alone. I can't magic pain away but what I can do is be with you while you go through your struggle, create a space for you that is filled with empathy, compassion, care, respect and no judgement. Within that space, if we work together, you will start to heal and to thrive.

You can feel better than you do right now, and you can find yourself again. Lets start looking together.
