Experienced Counsellor for you

Clients are diverse and bring a wide range experiences/issues for which I have the relevant training and experience.

I believe each and every person is unique and we all have the capacity to understand ourselves more. We all have the ability for growth and change. I offer you the space to explore issues such as low self esteem, anxiety and depression. I offer you a confidential place, with out judgement, where you can bring whatever you need to.

My work is founded on person centre principles whilst integrating various modalities such as Gestalt, psychodynamic, Attachment, and creative interventions. My experience and training includes, working with anxiety and depression, relationship issues, resolving conflict bereavement, trauma, addiction, eating disorders and living with chronic conditions.

On the practical side, My practice is within the county of Bedfordshire and near to Cambridgeshire. There are good transport links, ample parking.

My practice is on the ground floor.

Training, qualifications & experience

Hello I am experienced counsellor with varied life which includes over ten years working in the field of mental health and recently supporting children with profound learning and behavioural challenges.

I have my own private practice and I volunteer as a Counsellor for a local mental health charity.

I attend at least forty hours continual professional training each year. The training I attend this year includes, Eating Disorders, Cultural differences, Trauma, Bearevememt, Attachment, Inner Child work and Intergrating creative interventions in counselling.

My fees reflect my strong believe that the counselling I offer must be reasonable priced and fare. My fees reflect that I value you and my own experience, knowledge and skills.
