We believe that most people, at some point in their life, struggle with emotional challenges and we provide an online, affordable and accessible service with no waiting list and no waiting room, for individuals and for couples.
Our clients tell us that they want to feel happier, more confident or more fulfilled with their life. Some want to be able to socialise comfortably, be able to relax or sleep better, worry less or calm their busy mind. Others want to resolve relationship issues and feel like a couple again or address friends, family or work issues.
We offer a free consultation so that you can talk through what's on your mind and decide if online counselling, by phone or video call, is for you.
Training, qualifications & experience
Our Lead Counsellor, Heidi, has a Master's Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and is Accredited by the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy.
During your free initial consultation, Heidi will discuss your support needs and how we can help and then match you with the counsellor from our team who is best able to support you. We have a team of 12 counsellors.

Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
