About me
I have over 27 years experience of working in the military and public sectors, dealing with critical and traumatic incidents.
I am a qualified person centred counsellor and an EMDR therapist I am an Accredited Professional member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and a member of the EMDR Association UK.

I qualified as a person-centred counsellor in 2019 and as an EMDR therapist in 2024. I also have over 27 years experience of working in the military and public sectors, dealing with critical and traumatic incidents.
I am an Accredited Professional member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and a member of the EMDR Association UK.
I am an experienced trainer in a variety of mental health and well-being subjects specialising in Mental Health First Aid for adults, youths and in Higher Education.

My fee is £47 per session for person centred sessions and £60 for EMDR sessions which are up to 90 mins in duration.
